Whilst we’re happy to cover our side, we expect a fair go from your end as well. We expect a chance to troubleshoot or diagnose the issue with you via email or phone. We won’t cover any obvious neglect or willful damage. This includes overcurrent or overvoltage situations, water-damage or where the board has been physically damaged or incorrectly wired.
